it's true, some things just get better with age.!  especially when you're old enough to appreciate the things you enjoyed when you were young in a much broader way.

ha ha...  and would you believe i thought about this subject watching an anime.?  well, it wasn't until the finale started to reference things from it's first run (Gunbuster 1), that it produced a great feeling of nostalgia in me which made me cry.

i don't think i can describe the feeling.  you would only have to had experience it yourself by watching Gunbuster 1 and then watching Gunbuster 2 10 years later... HA HA ha...  it's comparable to the STAR WARs effect, or appreciating the taste of good aged wine.

anyway, thank you GAINEX for producing such a fine series to celebrate 20 years of making anime.  the art was EPIC, the action could only be IMAGINED, and the story - .... well - GOD - the music at the end, watching heroes return from a long journey --- i'll never forget it.^^;

...  how geek do i sound.?   HA Hahaha....  well, i would only be this way for a good production like Gunbuster.^^  that, and Macross.!
